Education
Hank earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1994.
Early Career in New Mexico
He began his career in Santa Fe, NM, working in private practice and as an Assistant District Attorney. As a prosecutor, Hank handled criminal cases at all levels, gaining extensive courtroom experience.
Private Practice and Trial Experience
Hank later joined a private law firm in Southern New Mexico, focusing on criminal defense and personal injury cases throughout the state.
Practice in Colorado and Beyond
In 2000, Hank moved to the Denver area and worked with larger downtown firms, handling civil litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense, construction litigation, and other complex matters.
